We’re gifted to have a close-knit family; one that gave us the opportunity to watch Stefanie arrive in this world, and grow into the radiant soul who lit up a room. We were privileged to witness Stefanie’s charisma, passion, drive, love of life, paired with that contagious laugh that’s truly unforgettable. This Cugina crew, as we call it, is unlike any other. To us, our cousins are our friends, our sisters, the people we trust most in the world.

It is hard to describe the absence I feel in my life since you left us. I think of you all of the time, and I miss you so. I am learning to make space for my grief and make space for your absence in my life, because it is always going to be this way....

Stefanie was a radiant soul—beautiful, smart, and kind beyond measure. she had a rare gift for making people feel special and loved. There was an energy about her that brought warmth and joy wherever she went. Her absence leaves an irreplaceable void, but I will always carry her light with me, remembering the happiness and love she always gave. Until we meet again , we will dance like you are with us.
